Troubleshooting Rent Payments

Why don’t the deleted records disappear?

  The changes in the receipt records won't appear until clicking Refresh or reopening the View/Edit/Print Receipt window.

Why is there more than one rent payment on my Receipt report?

  All rent payments from the selected tenant on the selected Paid Date will be printed.

Why are the notes I put for rent payments not showing up on the printed receipt?

  The notes are strictly for the property managers' use. You can keep confidential information in this area for rent payments, as it is not available for printing on receipts.

  Sometimes RentTracker will require you to refresh the screen. Refresh can be found under View -> Refresh.

  The refresh button can be found on the top left corner of the View All Records screen.
